Temporary Skill Shortage Visa

This visa enables employers to sponsor skilled workers to fill positions in their organisation that cannot be filled by suitably skilled Australian workers.

This is a temporary visa.

Yomust have an approved sponsor and be nominated for the visa.

You must meet the English language requirement.

Stay

Upto 4 years
Visa Subclass 494

This Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa enables regional employers to sponsor skilled workers if they can't source an appropriately skilled Australian worker.

Live, work and study only in designated regional areas of Australia for 5 years. 

Travel to and from Australia for 5 years.

If eligible, apply for permanent residence after 3 years from the time you commence your employment.

Visa Subclass 186

Employer Nomination Scheme Visa

This visa is for invited workers, eligible New Zealand citizens and eligible Hong Kong or British National (Overseas) passport holders with desired skills to live and work permanently anywhere in Australia.

You must be nominated by an Australian employer.
